Common questions
How do I create an account?
Download Souqtopia from the App Store or Google Play, open the app, and tap Sign Up. You'll need a username, email, and phone number.
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and follow the instructions sent to your email.
How do I become a seller?
From your profile, tap Become a Seller. You'll be asked to provide your store name, address, and a photo of your government-issued ID for verification. Once approved, you can list products and go live.
How does payment work?
Souqtopia currently supports Cash on Delivery only. You pay the courier in cash when your order arrives at your door. Additional payment methods will be added in the future.
How do I track an order?
Open the app, go to the Orders tab in your profile, and tap any order to see its current status.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Pending orders may need to be completed or cancelled first.
I have a problem with a seller or order
Please contact us at support@souqtopia.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will investigate and help resolve it.
