Before you get started
Can I sell through Souqtopia as well as my social pages?
Yes. Eligible active products with marketplace visibility enabled can appear in the app’s shop, search and your seller store. The agent uses the same eligible catalog for social sales. You can switch off marketplace visibility for social-only sales. Auctions and live-only or discount-only listings follow separate display rules.
Does the assistant work with a personal Facebook profile?
No. Messenger connections use a Facebook Page. Instagram and WhatsApp connections require eligible business accounts and the supported setup. Our team checks connection availability during activation.
What happens in test mode?
The assistant uses your real published catalog to answer product questions, but cannot create real orders. In live mode, it can create real cash-on-delivery orders after customer confirmation.
Who arranges shipping?
Souqtopia arranges delivery across Iraq. You prepare products for collection. You choose automatic arrangement after customer confirmation or manual approval first. Delivery fees, timing and collection details are confirmed during setup.
Do I lose control of customer conversations?
You can name the assistant, manage its settings and take over conversations from the seller portal. Keep product information up to date; the assistant may need your help with an unusual request.
How do I register?
New sellers contact our team on WhatsApp to register and complete verification. If you already have a seller account, sign into the seller dashboard and open AI Sales. The team confirms activation requirements and offer terms.
